Dispute Resolution Mechanism
The Company endeavors to resolve investor complaints promptly and transparently.
In case a grievance remains unresolved, investors may:
- Escalate the matter to the Compliance Officer / Board of Directors
- Approach the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent
- File complaint through SEBI SCORES
- Initiate dispute resolution through the ODR platform
- Seek remedies available under applicable laws.
